The next GBC leadership development session is Saturday, April 18th. The second installment of our leadership series dives deeper into how GBC gets things done in what we some might call the “GBC Way”. Our agenda is straightforward. We'll start with an ice breaker to get you up and moving, and networking too. Then we'll dive into your individual styles, talk about how your personality traits (and those of others) function within teams. We will also walk through the nuts and bolts of GBC events. Pre-Work is required for this event! Please complete and bring with you your individual DISC personality profile. What's a DISC profile? It's a way to discover what drives you. And you can do it in 15 minutes. Just hop on over to the Tony Robbins website to take a short test. You will have to sign up for Tony's emails, but you can unsubscribe at any time.
