TrYP with Metro GBC Volunteers

Please sign up for one of the following 3 shifts: 1. 6:15pm-9pm 2. 9pm-11:30pm 3. 11:30pm-2:30am For each shift we will need 12 volunteers. Details for volunteers: Shift 1: Meet at central location to discuss details of the event and to pass out materials. Volunteers will be split up to their respective bus stops. At the bus stops, volunteers will pass out wristbands and bus passes to participants who pre-registered. People will also be allowed to purchase passes at the stops. Volunteers will coordinate with other bus stop volunteers and event coordinators with any questions or issues with bus times. Shift 1 will train Shift 2. Shift 2: Volunteers will arrive at their respective locations. At the bus stops, volunteers will pass out wristbands and bus passes for those who registered. Volunteers will also coordinate with other bus stop volunteers and event coordinators with any questions or issues with bus times. Shift 2 will train Shift 3. Shift 3: Volunteers will arrive at their respective locations. At the bus stops, volunteers will pass out wristbands and bus passes for those who registered. Volunteers will also coordinate with other bus stop volunteers and event coordinators with any questions or issues with bus times. Volunteers will be responsible for ensuring participants aren’t left behind after 2am. A final round up bus will be running after 2am to ensure all participants have received a ride home. Please also remember you will be representing both Give Back Cincinnati and Cincy YP so please be aware of your alcohol consumption throughout the night, especially before your volunteer shift. Requests for working with a friend or for volunteering at a specific stop will be taken into consideration once all volunteers have signed up.
