< BackBetter Together: Building a Cincinnati That Works for Everyone
2016-08-06 10:00:00 – 2016-08-0613:00:00
We have all noticed Cincinnati’s incredible growth over the past few years. While these changes have benefited many, several community members have struggled as a result. What lessons have we learned from the current model of growth? What new understandings can we utilize to assist in our redevelopment of the city's urban areas moving forward?
Join us on August 6th at 10am at Pallet23 in Northside (3932 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223) for a panel discussion featuring NKU professor Dr. Christopher Wilkey, who works on documenting stories from marginalized community members. Also featured, Vice Mayor David Mann, and Kevin Wright, President of the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation.
During this discussion, our panel will discuss the achievements and shortcomings of recent urban development in Cincinnati and the best way to invest in communities that work for everyone.
We can continue the conversation during the after party at Boswell's (1686 Blue Rock St, Cincinnati, OH 45223)!
