Give Back Cincinnati's Leadership Committee invites you to attend the first leadership training session of 2015! We'll talk about the Give Back Cincinnati culture: who we are, what we do, why we make the choices we make, what we expect of our committee members and more. Check out additional details, below! Who Should Attend: The executive team, program and event leads and anyone involved in a Give Back Cincinnati committee When: Saturday, January 31, 2015 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by a happy hour at a local watering hole Where: Newport on the Levy Community Room A Located on the lower level next to GameWorks What's on the Agenda: The Leadership Committee will provide you with a homemade breakfast and the world's most important substance: coffee. We'll then dive into an icebreaker, during which we hope you'll get to know your peers and get ready for the day. We'll then cover GBC culture in three parts: basic organization stuff, cultural values and leadership expectations. After you provide some feedback, we'll head to a local watering hole to continue the discussion. What to Bring: If you have a GBC Culture Guide (provided during the Leadership Retreat in November...) bring it with you. Additional copies will be provided to committee members.
