Join Give Back Cincinnati's Leadership Development committee at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 2 for a look at what makes individuals and teams tick, and how your unique leadership skills can work best within your teams! The second installment of our leadership series dives deeper into individual and team dynamics to better grasp how GBC leaders work together. Once we've nailed down your individual leadership style and needs, we'll role play different ways you as an individual can influence team dynamics -- and give your committee members the experience they're looking for! Pre-Work is required for this event! Please complete and bring with you your individual DISC personality profile. What's a DISC profile? It's a way to discover what drives you... and you can do it in 15 minutes. Just hop on over to the Tony Robbins website to take a short test.
