2018 Leadership Retreat

This invitation-only event is for incoming leadership and organization officers -- executive team, committee and program leads, and board members -- who will contribute to Give Back Cincinnati in 2018. When: Saturday, Dec. 2 8:30 a.m. -- Breakfast & networking 8:45 a.m. -- Official kick-off 5 p.m. -- Closing 5:30 p.m. -- Fun group activity / after party Where: BOOST! 538 Reading Road, Ste. 300 Cincinnati, OH 45202 We will meet on the third floor. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided. Vegetarians fear not! We've got you covered, too. PARKING is available in front of the building on Reading Road; across the street at Jack Casino; or in the parking lot adjacent to the building, which is accessible from 12th Street. Click here to Google Map driving directions. Pre-Work: Please do the following in advance of the retreat. There will not be time to fill out these forms or assessments during the meeting.- Fill out the Personal Styles questionnaire. We will compile all of the answers and go through them during the kick-off. Hint: save a copy of your answers for easy sharing!
- Take the DISC personality assessment and bring a hard or digital copy of your results with you. We will go through your individual results during the retreat. (NOTE: Tony Robbins requires you to sign-up for his newsletter in exchange for free access to the DISC assessment. You can always unsubscribe later!)
- Fill out the attached Life Quadrants exercise (or access it online here). Please bring a copy of this exercise with you on Saturday for small group discussion. And for some extra special fun, check out this video of Karl explaining the Life Quadrants activity...
